Attune handles sensitive people data – talent profiles, coaching conversations, recruitment evaluations. We built the platform with data protection as a foundation, not a feature added later. Every architectural decision reflects that.
Your people data is not our product
Attune exists to help organisations understand their people. The data that makes that possible – talent profiles, coaching exchanges, recruitment evaluations – belongs to the organisation, not to the platform.
No personal data is used to train models. No personal data is shared with third parties. No personal data leaves Attune's control. When data is sent to AI providers for coaching, portraits, or recruitment analysis, it is anonymised first. The provider never sees who the person is.
This is the line, and it is non-negotiable.

The anonymisation boundary
Attune uses external AI models to continuously offer the best possible analyses as the technology advances. When data is sent to a provider – for coaching, portraits, or recruitment analysis – personal information is stripped first. The provider processes talent patterns and context. It never sees a name, an email, or an identity.
Attune manages all models. EU-based models available on request.

Your data never trains a model
Personal data is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model. When users choose to rate a chat or flag what worked in a portrait, that anonymised, non-identifiable feedback helps us improve our prompts and context. It is always the user's choice, always in bulk, and never traceable to a person.
EU-only models on request
Attune runs and manages all AI models and covers the cost. For organisations that require it, we offer the option to run on European-based models only. All data is anonymised regardless.
