What we collect

Demo request form

When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, company, job title, company size, and any message you include. We use this to arrange and tailor your demo and to follow up about Attune. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) – responding to a business enquiry.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data. It processes anonymous, aggregated usage data only. No consent needed.

HubSpot and cookies

HubSpot's tracking script sets cookies to connect form submissions to site visits. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) – tracking cookies are set only after you consent.

The cookies HubSpot sets include __hssc, __hssrc, and __hstc (visitor identification and session tracking) and hubspotutk (linking form submissions to your browsing session). These expire after 30 minutes to 13 months depending on type. You can withdraw consent or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Plausible Analytics does not set any cookies.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your data or transfer it outside the EU/EEA.

Retention

Demo enquiries are kept for 180 days, then deleted unless we have an ongoing business relationship. Request earlier deletion at any time – we will action it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing at any time. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it. Email hello@attune-hr.com – we respond within 30 days.
